Description

Fmoc-GGFG-Dxd is a hexacyclic chemical compound analogous to camptothecin with a triplet amino acid chain linked to a terminal Fmoc group. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic condition to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations.

Biological activity

ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.
