Description

ARS-1323-alkyne, a switch-II pocket (S-IIP) inhibitor, is a conformational specific chemical reporter of KRASG12C nucleotide state in living cells.

Biological activity

In Vitro ARS-1323-alkyne (10 μM) visualizes covalent modification of KRAS G12C in H358 and MIA PaCa-2 cells by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) and click chemistry (in conjunction with TAMRA-N3) and quantitatively measures inhibitor binding efficiency to the target.
