pan-KRAS degrader 1 (Compound 1) is a panKRAS degrader with a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) dissociation constant Ki value of 25 nM for KRAS G12V .pan-KRAS degrader 1 has antitumor activity .

Biological activity

In Vitro pan-KRAS-IN-18 (compound 10) (72 h) exhibits antiproliferative effects against Ba/F3 KRASG12V and NCI-H727 with EC50s of 0.959 and >1 μM, respectively. pan-KRAS-IN-18 exhibits high clearance in mouse and human liver microsomes. pan-KRAS-IN-18 (compound 1) exhibits high binding affinity towards KRASG12V with a Ki of 25 nM.
