Description

Lorundrostat (MT-4129) is an orally active aldosterone synthase inhibitor. Lorundrostat can be used in studies of high blood pressure.

Biological activity

In Vitro Lorundrostat selectively inhibits human CYP11B2 (IC50 = 9 nM), reduces plasma aldosterone and systolic blood pressure, and can be used in research of obesity- or renin-induced hypertension.
