Description
AOH1160 is a potent oral small molecule proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) inhibitor that interferes with DNA replication, blocks homologous recombination-mediated DNA repair, leads to cell cycle arrest and induces apoptosis .
Biological activity
In Vitro AOH1160 (500 nM, 48 h) can lead to tumor cell cycle arrest and induce tumor cell apoptosis. In Vivo AOH1160 (40 mg/kg, gavage once a day) can inhibit the growth of breast cancer and small cell lung cancer in mice.
