(1S,2S,3R)-DT-061 is an enantiomer of DT-061 . DT-061 is an orally active activator of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A). (1S,2S,3R)-DT-061 can be used as a negative control in the research of KRAS-mutant and MYC-driven lung cancer tumorigenesis[1].
