GLPG0634 analog (Compoun 176) is a broad spectrum JAK inhibitor with IC50 values of <100 nM against JAK1, JAK2 and JAK3 .

Biological activity

In Vitro GLPG0634 analog (Compoun 176) inhibits JAK-STAT signaling and OSM/IL-lβ signaling with both EC50 values of 101-500 nM. GLPG0634 analog shows microsomal stability of 76%-100% in rat and human.
