Biological activity

In Vitro AR ligand-30 serves as a target protein ligand for the PROTAC Bavdegalutamide. Bavdegalutamide (ARV-110) is an orally active PROTAC degrader that promotes ubiquitination and degradation of AR, and it can be used in prostate cancer research.
