KSQ-4279 is a potent, selective, first-in-class inhibitor of USP1, shows anti-proliferative effects in a subset of cell lines, including mutations in BRCA1/2.

Biological activity

USP1-IN-1 (USP1-IN-1, Formula I) is a first-in-class, selective allosteric USP1 small molecule inhibitor used in oncology research alone or in combination with PARP inhibition.
