ACI-19626 (TDP-43-IN-2) is a TDP-43 aggregation inhibitor that can be used in the research of neurodegenerative diseases.
Biological activity
In Vitro ACI-19626 (compound 17) inhibits TDP-43 aggregates with a Ki value of 22 nM. [18F]ACI-19626 can serve as a PET imaging agent for TDP-43 pathology.
