Biological activity
In Vitro PF-07899895 is a salt-inducible kinase (SIK) inhibitor with potent activity, with IC50 values of 1.2 nM, 0.9 nM and 1.8 nM against SIK1, SIK2 and SIK3, respectively. PF-07899895 (~38 pM-~10 μM) modulates the pro-inflammatory (TNF-α) and anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokine profiles in immune cells, with an IC50 of 6.9 nM for TNF-α and an EC50 of 28 nM for IL-10.
