Description

(S,R,S)-AHPC-Me-C6-NH2 is a VHL E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand-linker conjugate structurally modified based on VHL ligand 2 . (S,R,S)-AHPC-Me-C6-NH2 can be used for the synthesis of PROTACs .

Biological activity

In Vitro (S,R,S)-AHPC-Me-C6-NH2 is used to couple with oseltamivir moieties via amide condensation to construct Oseltamivir (HY-13317)-PROTACs, which induce the degradation of viral neuraminidase (NA), inhibit influenza virus replication in MDCK cells, and show potent inhibitory activity against both wild-type and Oseltamivir-resistant influenza strains in vitro.
